In order to leverage the advantages of the site and natural light, the residential house is designed in the shape of a triangle – opening the long side of the triangle (with the main outdoor terrace) towards the interior of the plot and the southwest sun. The house is intended for a family of 4. The house is divided into 3 zones: the entrance/driveway/utility area, a shared living space with a living room and kitchen/dining area – transparent on both sides and opening to the east and southwest sun, and a sleeping area with designated bedrooms for parents and children.
The interior is designed to highlight the overall concept of the house, opting for warm minimal materials such as wood and concrete.

Siekiant išnaudojant sklypo privalumus ir natūralią šviesą, gyvenamasis namas suprojektuotas trikampio formos – taip ilgąją trikampio kraštinę (su pagrindine namo lauko terasa) atveriant į sklypo vidų ir pietvakarių saulę. Namas skirtas 4 asmenų šeimai. Namas zonuojamas 3 dalimis: įėjimo / įvažiavimo / pagalbinė zona, bendra gyvenamoji erdvė su svetaine ir virtuve / valgomuoju – iš abiejų pusių skaidri ir atsiverianti rytų ir pietvakarių saulei, bei miegamoji zona – su išdėstytais tėvų ir vaikų miegamaisiais.
Interjeras projektuotas paryškinant bendrą namo koncepciją, pasirenkant šiltas minimalias medžiagas – medį, betoną.
